ODR (One Day Ready Shelter)
What is ODR
This is a Polish innovation and a unique solution that sets new standards in prefabricated modular shelters. The ODR project is the result of a collaborative team of Polish experts: architects, engineers, and designers, who created this innovative system, which simultaneously meets the technical requirements of the draft regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration regarding technical requirements for protective structures and the technical requirements for their use and location. We are proud to offer a Polish product of world-class quality.
OUR SYSTEM
It is based on a durable reinforced concrete structure and a unique, innovative connection system, ensuring reliability, long-lasting durability, and the ability to reuse the components. A key element is the patented sinus connector, which enables quick and easy assembly without the use of specialized tools – the connectors are driven in with a hammer. The connector system was tested at a technical university, where it demonstrated a load-bearing capacity comparable to loop connectors, with significantly shorter installation times and significantly easier operation.
The ODR was designed with dual use in mind: for military and civil defense purposes. Its modular design and the ability to leverage the resulting technological and production potential for civilian purposes make the system flexible in response to rapidly changing needs, both on the battlefield and in the field of civil protection. The shelters can function as field medical facilities, warehouses, or command centers, quickly providing secure infrastructure where it's needed most.
The system is constructed of repeatable, modular prefabricated elements designed for rapid assembly using patented connectors. The soldier shelters have an S-2 resistance rating, which can be upgraded to S-3 if necessary.
The components can be stored, assembled, and disassembled as needed. The system is designed for concealment, and its very short construction time minimizes enemy reconnaissance.
The modular design allows for flexible configuration and versatile applications. A single system creates a wide range of defensive structures that can be adapted to current requirements. The ODR system includes shelters for infantry squads, shelters for armored vehicles/tanks, underground fuel and ammunition storage, and various types of firing points. The shelters can operate as surface, underground, or semi-underground facilities. Thanks to their compact dimensions, ODR modules are compatible with standard road, sea, and rail transport, ensuring full mobility and the ability to rapidly deploy to any location.
WHY ODR?
Fast implementation
the shortest possible construction time while maintaining the durability of traditional structures.
Flexibility:
easy adjustment of the size, type and location of facilities to current needs.
Simple assembly and disassembly:
the ability to quickly relocate and reuse components.
Dual use:
the possibility of using the created technological and production potential for civilian purposes.
